Very sensitive to temperature history. About 10 years ago I remember some coming out in all their glory in early April. This year they are just now out, a month behind their typical schedule. We were stunned. Typically, the month of May in my community is in between 70-80 degrees. This whole month has been chilly, and we are still waiting for Summer. I started googling "colder temperatures" and such to see if anyone else was recognizing a colder trend. Thank you for the useful information.
